Some years we have a huge glut of zucchinis that our cows turn their noses up when it comes to feeding them. Our Zucchini Jam might sound odd, but is a great comfort food over the cold months. Great with crumpets, waffles, pancakes, can also be used in a stir fry. See recipe section for ideas. Made from our homegrown zucchini’s, lemons, limes, raw sugar and pineapple. Delicious and interesting.
