It’s a 2 days process – where the Zucchini are pre salted first, then washed and cooked up with a blend of herbs and spices- typical to pickled spice profile. Great sandwich filler with smoked ham, cold cuts or add it to cooked Kransky, Chorizo with cheese and mustard. Try it also with Tuna as a quick lunch treat or simply eat it out of the can. YUM.
